New PowerDispatch Features

We are always trying to improve our software and now we would like to update you on some of the latest changes. Here are some of the best features we’ve added:

In both PowerDispatch Pro and Lite, you can now use your Google Voice account to send jobs to technicians. This allows the technicians to reply/confirm directly back to your phone. This new way of sending out jobs is much more reliable than the standard web to SMS text message method previously used. We always want to be one step ahead of the competition.

In PowerDispatch Pro, you can now extract a report for all of your technicians to see the total balance and payments due. This was a widely requested feature, which should make your monthly reporting much simpler. Remember you can also export any report to excel or email technician reports by the click of a button.

Don’t forget to try out the ‘refer a friend’ option. When you refer a friend to us and they sign up, you will receive a credit on your account. Just go to the Refer-a-friend tab in any version of PowerDispatch!
